Find out how a career at Michels Construction, Inc. can change yours. As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to manage a phase of a large complex project or manage multiple large sized project that are approximately $10M or greater. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The anticipated salary range is: $123,000 – $170,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. WHAT IT TAKES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or geotechnical engineering with 6-10 years of post-college, experience in deep foundations, heavy civil, design build and/or ground improvement (required)
  • Master’s degree in civil engineering, structural Engineering, or geotechnical Engineering (preferred)
  • Professional Engineers license (required)
