JOB DESCRIPTION
As CSA Manager, the Consultant is responsible for the delivery of the project form a civil, structural and architectural perspective.The CSA Package Manager reports to the PM lead for the project supporting the strategic of the data center project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attend and support site meetings as may be required and, ensuring that the Client team is fully informed• Support on the preparation of a Project Execution Plan identifying the CSA related roles and responsibilities of the project team, the Contractor and specialist sub-contractors and suppliers and seek approval from the Employer.• Assist the Lead PM on CSA activities management.• Monitor Contractor’s CSA activity progress.• Ensure CSA Method Statements and RAMS are properly implemented• Monitor the performance of the AE Team, Contractor and Client's vendors and report to the Employer.• Undertake regular site walks to promote and observe safety and progress. Report and track any corrective actions through to timely completion.• Liaise with PM Team to ensure different disciplines are properly coordinated.• Liaise with the AE Team and co-ordinate the preparation of alternative viability studies, feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses and investment appraisals• Advise the Client on specialist services, including consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers required in connection with the Project.• Review technical submissions from vendors and/or contractors and ensure they are compliant with the client's specifications• Attend and monitor specific meetings and escalate any issues that may arise• Assist in the change management process• Assist in the review and assessment of proposed variations in the works and of any actual or anticipated delays to the progress of the works• Assist in the handover plan, monitor, and track the preparation of documentation• Coordinate with the client team, AE Team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and stakeholder engagement
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 5 years of experience• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or similar• Strong written and oral skills in both English and Spanish
