The Opportunity:Our Civil & Structural Engineers are based across our Birmingham, Bolton, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Stoke and Leeds offices with around 50 staff and we are looking to grow and develop our teams across all offices, and are looking for a Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technician with at least 1 years’ experience.
The work for this role specifically relates to civil engineering; however, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our other Structural and Geotechnical Engineers within the department, as well as other disciplines across the wider company. Our projects currently include but are not limited to:· Earthworks Design and 3D Modelling.· Highways and Road Design.· Utility Reports and Data Searches· Drainage Design.· Flood Risk Assessments.· Environmental Planning.· Site Services Provision.· Site Inspections/Surveys.· Report Writing and Production; and· Project Management and Site Construction SupervisionThese projects are across many different sectors of development including residential, energy and waste sectors, ranging from small affordable housing sites to Major Wind Farms and infrastructure schemes.
