We provide consulting services to property managers, building owners, and architects for a wide range of engineering and architectural issues, including historic structures and contemporary buildings.The RoleThe ideal candidate will act as a team member on various building envelope projects, participating in field forensic investigations, writing reports, developing drawings and specifications, and providing technical consultation (such as envelope detailing)Responsibilities:

  • On-site inspection/investigation including surveying and documenting observations, photographing and sketching.
  • Develop technical and investigative reports to support forensic findings and prepare materials related to presentations.
  • Preparing design drawings and specifications for repairs and renovation work.
  • Participate in construction phase services, which may include performing observation at heights.


  • Professional Degree (master’s preferred) in structural engineering, architectural engineering, or related.
  • Up to five years of experience, with existing buildings preferred.
  • Field experience with diverse building types preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
