Our clients tap into more than 150 specialist geoscience professionals, including engineers, geologists, geophysicists and hydrogeologists who provide comprehensive investigation and design services, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Leading and training our team of skilled engineers and geologists
  • Reviewing geotechnical analysis and design
  • Preparation and review of proposals and technical reports
  • Directing geotechnical field investigations
  • Managing projects and subcontractors
  • Maintaining client contact and identifying project opportunities.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Degree qualified Civil Engineer together with 15+ years' relevant experience
  • Exposure to working in a consultancy environment, with good relationship and networking skills
  • Demonstrated solid geotechnical investigation, design and delivery experience on a variety of infrastructure projects, including strong judgement and decision making ability
  • Experience with geotechnical software and design/drafting packages
  • Experience in slope stability analysis and undertaking geotechnical risk assessments
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders
  • Well-developed project and time management experience, including established project management responsibilities with the ability to work independently
  • Accomplished written and verbal communication skills.
