Join a global professional services leader.We are committed to solving the world’s biggest challenges in the areas of water, energy, transport and urbanisation. Our Suva team are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil / Structural Engineer to become an integral member of our team.We are looking for someone to support our growing business in Fiji.  We support local and national clients on infrastructure, roading, aviation, design and maintenance projects. This role provides a great opportunity for career development with our local team having a strong workload of significant regional projects and the opportunity to work on projects across the pacific.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Concept,  detailed designs and delivery of civil/structural related projects Project Management and Contract management
• Identification and exploration of new business opportunities
• Maintenance of good business relationships with existing and potential clients
• Current engineering knowledge and competency with a proven ability to coach staff
• Site investigations and technical input into design reports and feasibility studies
• Preparation of high-quality reports and other correspondence

What you will bring to the team:

• Tertiary qualified with minimum 7 years’ experience in investigation, design, reporting and delivery civil structural projects
• Contract documentation experience
• Project management expertise
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to contribute to the growth of our business
• High energy, self motivation and a team focus
• Ability to liaise and manage client relationships effectively and successfully.
• Desire to grow your engineering knowledge through working closely with other in-house engineering disciplines
