Our associates provide civil, structural, municipal, environmental, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, code enforcement, plan review, construction management, construction inspections and material testing, and grant writing services to a diverse client base.

Our Forensic Engineering Department focuses on the investigation of buildings and structures that are failing or aging. The primary areas of competence and responsibility will be assessments of residential and commercial structural components and building envelopes including field work, performing detailed inspections, taking notes and photographs, preparing written reports; and preparing designs and drawings for repairs.
The following skills would also be helpful, but not required: special training, certifications, or design/assessment experiences with building envelopes; HAAG roofing certifications; special training, certifications or design/assessment experience with structural systems; litigation and insurance claims experience; experience with structural analysis software; and familiarity with BlueBeam.
This position will require you to work independently and as part of a team, so we need very good communicators who are able to multi-task and work well with others. You will work beside our senior forensics engineers and handle your own projects from intake to invoicing.

A company car is also offered with this position.Isett is an EOE.Requirementsfor our ideal candidate include -· B.S. in Civil, Structural, Materials Science, or related engineering or Architecture;· Current Professional Engineering or Architect license in PA, NJ, DE, MD (or ability to obtain it);· Valid driver’s license;· Ability to carry 50 - 100 lb. ladder;· Be comfortable with heights and walking on sloped roofs;· Ability to obtain PA Act 34, 114, and 151 Clearances.
