We deliver a complete value chain of services to provide sustainable solutions across major infrastructure projects worldwide and embrace emerging technologies and innovations to deliver robust engineering services across the fields of transport and logistics, water and environment and energy and resources. The role – Experienced Engineer – Ports & MaritimeWe are currently looking for an Experienced Engineer to support our delivery of coastal and maritime structures including sea walls, revetment structures, breakwaters and groynes, jetties, wharves, pontoons, boat ramps, moorings, intakes and outfalls, dredging and beach nourishment. The role will be based in our Perth office.As an Experienced Engineer, you will work closely with our other specialists to deliver detailed structural design across Port and Marine infrastructure projects nationally.  With a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have gained your experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.Suitable applicants will have/be:

  • A min of 4+ years’ commercial experience in a similar role 
  • Degree qualified in Civil, Structural or Maritime Engineering (or Similar)
  • Experience in maritime or bridge structural design
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in maritime and port engineering in the structural area
  • Proficient in using structural analysis packages such as Microstran, SpaceGas, StaadPro or similar
  • Experience managing project deliverables from start to finish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and superior report-writing competencies.
