This person will both lead and support our team on a variety of projects that includes dam repair, flood mitigation and climate resilience, floodwalls, levees, dam removal, and river restoration. The Team Leader will be responsible for: managing single- and multi-discipline projects of varying sizes and complexities; preparing engineering proposals; and providing technical mentoring and reviews for projects throughout New England. This position also includes business development to grow the practice in collaboration with Fuss & O’Neill’s office managers, water resources department managers, and technical team members. Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering
- Typically requires at least 10 years' experience in dam engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Dam removal design permitting and construction experience required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
