The successful candidate will be a motivated, growth oriented professional with the ability to manage multi-disciplined project teams from planning through conceptual and final design, construction phases and operations of facilities. You will have staff to mentor and clients to support.Use your skills and expertise to manage multi-disciplined project teams from planning through conceptual and final design, construction, and operation for treatment and collection system projects. Qualifications:The successful candidate should have technical and project management expertise in the field of civil and environmental engineering, and have an understanding of the engineering concepts associated with all types of municipal water and wastewater systems including system modeling, treatment processes and distribution/collection systems infrastructure; Highly detail oriented and have an in-depth understanding of financial management and budget maintenance; Maintain complex project schedules with Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera software; Recognize scope creep and develop mitigation measures; Understand state and EPA regulations regarding treatment and distribution /collection systems; Knowledgeable in state bidding laws and SRF programs; Up to date on the latest advances in technology, regulatory trends, equipment and processes; Excellent verbal and writing skills.
