Primary ResponsibilitiesHDR is looking for a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in South Florida. This position may be based in our Miami Lakes, Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach office. In this role, we'll count on you to: • Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium- sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, typically in the range of $1 to $5 million and involving a large project team of HDR staff and sub -consultants• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently and in coordination with other project managers working for the same clients• Support client engagement and business development with established clients as well as developing new business in Miami and across southeast Florida• Drive profitability of projects and satisfaction of clients through quality work and on-budget delivery• Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule• Implement QA/QC procedures and HDR’s culture of quality• Provide technical leadership during project delivery, specifically focused on conveyance and water or wastewater treatment plants• Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers• Maintain professional engineering registration• Perform other duties as needed *LI-SM1
