We have hundreds of skilled experts working on projects in North America and worldwide, covering the entire lifecycle of a project from idea, concept and design to operation and maintenance. A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with our regional leadership team. Your primary tasks will be leading a team of civil, structural and coastal engineers in producing technical deliverables.On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: 

  • Accurate forecasting, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting for assigned project(s)
  • Writing proposals for engineering services, including developing the technical approach
  • Liaising with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to client requirements as well as nurturing client relationships and participating in business development opportunities as assigned
  • Develops and implements design best practices in areas of expertise, in addition, ensures conformance with all applicable codes, standards and client requirements
  • Performing construction administration, reviewing calculations for analysis and preparing contract documents

  • Possess Master's degree in Coastal, Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelor's degree holders considered) and hold a Professional Engineers license or can obtain one
  • Have a minimum 10 years of experience within waterfront structures or marine terminals or oil and gas sectors. You should have familiarity with typical multi-disciplinary project delivery, including site conditions, navigation studies and topsides design
  • Ideally have a minimum 3 years project management experience or a desire to become one
  • Have demonstrated the ability to lead a team of multi-disciplinary engineers to produce technical deliverables
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, relationship building, written and oral communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, flexible and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work with staff located remotely and a willingness to travel up to 10% of the time; fieldwork required
