We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer (Intermediate) to join our Oil & Gas group in the Houston, TX office.
Your Key Responsibilities
Establish positive working relationships in a team environment.
Responsible for structural engineering design using STAAD or SFRAME 3D software.
Coordination within different disciplines.
Prepare structural calculations as per relevant structural codes.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in STAAD or S-FRAME required.
Knowledge in vibration and seismic analysis an asset.
Education and experience
5 years' experience in industrial structural design/engineering. (oil & Gas)
Licensed Professional engineer
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
