Ensures the integrity of the project budget through approved scope changes, fiscal changes and contingency reallocations
Creates and track invoices and payments per client standards, including management of subconsultant invoices/payment.
Ensures final payments all contracts and closing of accounts upon project completion
Flags significant projected overruns or underruns
Develop a system to compile cost metric information from proposal fees vs actual fees for future pricing.
Provide support for project pricing
Provide overview analysis of overall program financial health
Coordinates processes with other offices globally for financial consistency
Assist project managers and program director with maintaining financial targets.
If entering a new county, works with the respective corporate functions to initiate the program
Trains counterparts on developed processes and metric monitoring
Liaison with legal, tax, treasury and insurance ensuring contractual requirements are met.

BS Degree or equivalent (desired)
8-12 years of relevant experience
Software experience to include Microsoft and Google Docs
