Assistant to Project Managers for facility, asset management consulting services, and global building design. Assists in establishing and maintaining project documentation to include project schedules, project databases, project set-up forms, etc. Activities will include, but are not limited to, project file set-up, project documentation maintenance and project staff coordination.
•Assist the Project Manager with Project Set-up, including:
•Examine Project Set-up documents for completeness and accuracy
•Coordinate with Project Manager for Project Set-up modifications as required
•Enter and update project schedules, databases, and other project specific documents
•Assist the Project Manager with Project Execution, including:
•Development and distribution of project materials
•Prepare and process client requested data or documents that are compliant with contract terms and client specific needs
•Gather data relevant to project needs
•Assist the Project Manager with Project Reporting, including:
•Excel or Access database development
•Development and publication of meeting notes
•Development of PowerPoint presentations
•Other Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Maintain Project files
•Office clerical duties
•Must have experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
•Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Must have attention to detail and the ability to exercise good professional judgment is imperative
•Must be able to effectively interact with all levels of management regarding project activity
•Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
