  • Administer and support Bentley’s Enterprise Communications systems (Skype for Business and call center integration)
  • Provide Tier 3 support to NOC and Service Desk for Enterprise Communications systems
  • Recommend, design, implement, and support communications infrastructure integration into business solutions, while meeting the business’ goals and objectives. This includes supporting documentation and diagrams detailing the specific infrastructure
  • Work on project/tasks assigned to networking/communications team.
  • Administer, support and maintain communications infrastructure components; Troubleshoot high-level problems and document procedures to guide resolution process
  • Develop detailed project plans and landscape diagrams
  • Assists in driving the development, testing and implementation of technology solutions in the area of communications
  • Be willing to travel – less than 10% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills:

  • Skype for Business/Lync 2013 Administration using Enterprise Voice
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting SIP-based VoIP
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting PSTN services
  • Understanding of switching /routing
  • Ability to troubleshoot network related issues in a timely manner
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently while providing status reports in a timely manner.
  • Task/project oriented 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical Associates
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities

Desired Skills:

  • F5 BigIP or other load balancer experience
  • Knowledge of network monitoring solutions
  • Experience using Microsoft Azure
  • Firewall monitoring/configuration

Education requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology OR minimum two years’ experience in IT with an emphasis in enterprise voice communications.
