•Execute on the Go-To-Market plans and provide timely and accurate inputs into the Budget process (plan expenditure, forecast monthly expenditure, invoice, accrual and necessary prepayments).
•Recommend, plan and execute local marketing tactics and offers with focus on generating leads, pipeline, revenue and ROI from marketing spend, as well as improving brand recognition of the Bentley brand and specific products where relevant.
•Maintain an up to date Regional Programs schedule for the Go-to-Market strategy. This plan will involve the full use of the marketing mix including online and print advertising, events (third party, Bentley seminars and executive briefings), PR and social media.
•Create, schedule and execute local language social media content and repurpose corporate social media content.
•Generate PR for the region and where agreed, manage the local PR agency in in conjunction with Media Services to achieve agreed PR targets.
•Support the execution of relevant (global) webinars including local promotion and follow-up
•Execute local language webinars by collaborating with Application/Marketing Engagement services.
•Use reports to communicate on performance of marketing programs and activity in a timely manner to Sales and Marketing stakeholders against agreed targets and performance metrics.
•Manage timely review/approval of localization projects agreed/executed by Marketing Globalization team and adhere to localization guidelines, to ensure the quality, accuracy of translations.
•Ensure “activities” from Bentley and third party events, are submitted for processing in a timely manner.
•Minimum 2-year marketing professional work experience
•Software, IT, internet background preferred
•English, Marketing, engineering software academic background preferred
•Proficient in English oral and written communication
•Proactive, diligent, and result oriented
